| The rent begins on Saturday at 4 pm and ends on Saturday at 10 am. It includes gas, electricity * and water **. The beds are made on your arrival. A sea kayak with life jackets***, bikes with helmets for grown ups and children, books, cassettes, DVDs and outside and inside games will be at your disposal. Optional (on request) : - Rent of bathroom linen: 3 € a week per person (1 bath towel, 2 hand towels, 2 gloves) - Rent of table linen: 4 € a week (tablecloth + towels) - Housework at the end of the stay: 60 € The heating is electric as well as the supply of warm water.
There is a calendar to see when the house is available and a form for booking your period.
A deposit of 450 Euros will be restored after inventory at first.Payment is made by check or by transfer (RIB (BANK DETAILS) or IBAN), 25 % at the reservation, the balance one month before the arrival (for a payment by check). It is also possible to pay on your arrival in cash or by holiday vouchers. The cleaning must be made by the tenant(s) before leaving. * at the level of 60 kw in slack periods and 50 kw in peak hours, the additional consumption being charged to 0.1002 € a kw in slack periods and to 0.1467 € a kw in peak hours.
